Adapting the Minolta MD/MC lenses to ANY modern DSLR.?

Like a lot of old pfarts I still like the old Minolta SRT 101/102 cameras & especially their lenses.....they still take great photos......but I'm using a Kodak DX series point and shoot digital camera now.....and I like it.
I'm sure this question has been asked (many times) before....but can these old Minolta lenses be used with ANY brand of DSLR? Jamie...anyone?

As the other answer points out, while adapters exist, they have serious shortcomings like the loss of infinity focus. There are other adapters with lenses to compensate for this, but at a huge loss in image quality.

Thus, I would suggest that as a practical matter, there isn't a good way to use your old Minolta lenses. I would suggest instead that if you get a digital SLR, you get the modern AF lenses to go with it.
